Removal Procedure

  1. Detach harness and tube retainers as necessary.

    Charge Air Cooler Cover Bolt (1) - Remove [20x]

  3. Charge Air Cooler Cover (2) - Remove
    4. NOTE:

    Discard gasket it is not reusable.

  4. Charge Air Cooler Housing Gasket (3) - Remove and DISCARD - Replacing Engine Gaskets
