Installation Procedure

Charge Air Cooler Housing Gasket (1) - Install NEW
Charge Air Cooler Cover (2) - Install
Charge Air Cooler Cover Bolt (1) - Install [20x]

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten the bolts.
1. Tighten the bolts a first pass in sequence to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
2. Tighten bolts 1-8 a final pass in sequence to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
Attach harness and tube retainers as necessary.
