Installation Procedure

Install the EN-51767-1 Stretchy Belt Installer (1) onto the air conditioning compressor pulley.
Position the NEW air conditioning compressor belt (2) on the air conditioning compressor pulley and the balancer.
- Slide the EN-51767-1 Stretchy Belt Installer (1) downward, positioning the air conditioning compressor belt (2) onto the air conditioning compressor pulley, applying light tension to the air conditioning compressor belt (2).
- Slowly rotate the crankshaft and compressor pulleys in a clockwise direction until the air conditioning compressor belt (2) fully seats on both pulleys.
- Inspect the air conditioning compressor belt (2) for proper installation and alignment.
- Rotate the balancer an additional 360 degrees to ensure proper air conditioning compressor belt (2) installation.
Remove the EN-51767-1 Stretchy Belt Installer (1) from the air conditioning compressor pulley.
- Drive Belt - Install - Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory (LT1) , or Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory (LT4)
