Installation Procedure

    Inspect the spark plugs before reusing. Gas Engine Ignition Spark Plug Inspection 

  2. If using NEW spark plugs do not attempt to check gap or damage can occur, plugs come pre gapped.
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

  3. Tighten the spark plugs to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
  4. Install the spark plug wires onto the spark plugs. Spark Plug Wire Replacement 
  5. If replacing bank 2 spark plugs, install the radiator surge tank. Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LGX) , or Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LT1 LT4) , or Radiator Surge Tank Replacement (LTG)
