Removal Procedure

  1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Fuel Pressure Relief

    Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @Engine (2) - Disconnect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 

  3. Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @Retainer (3) - Remove
  4. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ZL1) , or Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Convertible)
  5. Underbody Front Air Deflector-Right Side - Remove - Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
  6. Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield-Right Side - Remove - Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Right) , or Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Left)
  7. Catalytic Converter-Right Side - Remove - Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (LT1, LT4)

    Heat Sleeve (1) - Remove

  9. Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @Retainer (3) - Remove [3x]

    Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  11. Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @Retainer (3) - Remove [5x]
  12. Fuel Feed Pipe - Remove
