Removal Procedure

- Relieve the fuel system pressure. Fuel Pressure Relief
- Fuel Feed Front Hose - Remove - Fuel Feed Front Hose Replacement
Heat Sleeve (1) - Remove
- Fuel Feed Pipe (2) @Retainer (3) - Remove [3x]
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ZL1) , or Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Convertible)
- Underbody Front Air Deflector-Right Side - Remove - Underbody Front Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side
- Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield-Right Side - Remove - Front Body Exhaust Heat Shield Replacement (Right) , or
- Catalytic Converter-Right Side - Remove - Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (LT1, LT4)
Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @Fuel Pump Fuel Feed Hose (2) - Disconnect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
- Fuel Feed Pipe (1) @Retainer (3) - Remove [5x]
