Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4) 
1 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp
Procedure 
Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
2 Charge Air Cooler Retainer
3 Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose

Procedure

  1. Fill the coolant to the proper level. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4) 
  2. Inspect for coolant leaks.
