Removal Procedure

Propeller Shaft (1) - Remove - Propeller Shaft Replacement (without LT4) , or Propeller Shaft Replacement (with LT4, MJK) , or Propeller Shaft Replacement (with LT4, MHX)
- Remove the left side warm up three - way catalytic converter. Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement - Left Side (LGY)
- Remove the control valve body. Control Valve Body Replacement
Use a suitable jack to support the transmission mount bracket.
- Transmission Mount Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
- Lower the transmission until the manual shift shaft is exposed for easier removal.

Using a suitable tool remove and DISCARD the manual shift shaft pin (2).
