Installation Procedure

    Electronic Transmission Range Selector Manual Park Release Cable (5) - Install

  2. Install the retainer. (4)
  3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  4. Electronic Transmission Range Selector Manual Park Release Cable Grommet Bolt (3) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (7 lb-ft)
  5. Front Floor Console Bracket Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 7 N.m (5 lb-ft)
  6. Electronic Transmission Range Selector Manual Park Release Shift Lever Nut (1) - Install and tighten 2.5 N.m (2 lb-ft)
  7. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Install the electronic transmission range selector manual park release cable (2) to the electronic transmission range selector manual park release cable bracket on the transmission.

  9. Clip the electronic transmission range selector manual park release cable (1) retainer to the electronic transmission range selector manual park release cable bracket.

    Connect the electronic transmission range selector manual park release cable terminal to the manual shift shaft.

  11. Install the electronic transmission range selector manual park release cable bolt (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb/in).

    Electronic Transmission Range Selector Manual Park Release Cable Guide Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

  13. Lower the vehicle.Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  14. Front Floor Console - Install - FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
