Actions Taken When the DTC Sets

• DTCs listed in the DTC Descriptor Category = Type A DTC
• 12 hour thermal monitor is enabled.
• The vehicle will operate in a reduced power mode during the drive cycle in which the DTC set.

Software released 10-2021 and prior: 

Once the vehicle has been turned OFF, the K114B Hybrid/EV Powertrain Control Module 2 will disable propulsion until the DTC has been cleared.

Software released 11-2021 and later:

• The vehicle can be operated in a reduced power state with the hybrid battery state of charge maximum being limited to 30%
• Maximum plug-in charging current is limited to 12A.
