Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Do NOT reuse the brake hose washers.

  1. Rear Brake Hose Washer (3) - Install NEW [2x]
  2. Rear Brake Front Hose (2) @ Rear Brake Caliper - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Rear Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) @ Rear Brake Caliper - Install and tighten 40 N.m (30 lb ft)

    Rear Brake Hose Clip (3) @ Rear Brake Hose Bracket (4) - Install

  5. Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Rear Brake Front Hose (2) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
  6. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding 
  7. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  8. Lower the vehicle.
