Remove the wiring harness retainer (1).
Remove the instrument panel wiring harness junction block (2) at the instrument panel tie bar.

NOTE:
Note the location and routing of the instrument panel wiring harness prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

Remove the wiring harness retainers, disconnect any electrical connectors as necessary, and reposition the instrument panel wiring harness (1).

Bend the 2 locking tabs (1) at each pillar downwards.

NOTE:

Support the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) module.

With the aid of an assistant, remove the instrument panel tie bar (2).
