Installation Procedure
With the aid of an assistant, install the instrument panel tie bar (2).
- Bend the 2 locking tabs (1) at each pillar upwards.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)
Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 5 N.m (44 lb in)
Position the instrument panel wiring harness (1), connect any electrical connectors, and install the wiring harness retainers.
Install the instrument panel wiring harness junction block (2) at the instrument panel tie bar.
- Install the wiring harness retainer (1).

Floor Front Air Outlet Duct Push Pin (1) - Install
Radio (1) - Install - Radio Replacement
Instrument Panel Assembly (1) - Install - Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement
Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Air Inlet Grille Panel (2) - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
Front Side Door- Left Side and Right Side (4) - Install [2x] - Front Side Door Replacement
