Installation Procedure

    Rear Brake Intermediate Number 1 Pipe (2) @ Vehicle - Install

  2. Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Secure [5x]

    Brake Pipe Clip (4) - Secure

  4. Brake Pipe Clip (3) - Secure
  5. Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Secure [2x]
  6. Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Secure

    Rear Brake Hose Retainer (2) - Install

  8. Rear Brake Intermediate Pipe Fitting (1) @ Rear Brake Hose (3) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)

    Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Secure

  13. Brake Pipe Clip (3) - Secure
  14. Remove the cap from the brake pipe fitting and the plug from the brake pressure modulator valve port.
  15. Rear Brake Intermediate Pipe Fitting (2) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
  16. Remove the cap from the brake pipe fitting and the plug from the brake pressure modulator valve port.
  17. Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
  18. Fuel Tank - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (AWD) , or Fuel Tank Replacement (FWD)
  19. Install the left front, left rear and right rear tires. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  20. Battery Tray - Install - Battery Tray Replacement
  21. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  22. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) 
  23. Lower the vehicle.
  24. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
