Installation Procedure
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Brake Pipe (2) @ Vehicle - Install
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Secure [2x]
Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Secure
Front Brake Hose Retainer (2) - Install
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Front Brake Hose (3) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Remove the plug from the brake pressure modulator valve port.
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
- Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Battery Tray - Install - Battery Tray Replacement
- Dash Panel Outer Insulator - Install - Dash Panel Outer Insulator Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
- Lower the vehicle.
- Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
