Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the coolant. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) .
  2. Remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator and blower module. Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Removal and Installation 
  3. If necessary, remove the auxiliary heater wiring harness from the heater and air conditioning evaporator case. Air Heater Replacement 
1 Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt [2x]
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


Tighten 
1.1 N.m (10 lb in)
2 Heater Core Tube Bracket
3 Heater Core Tube Cover
4 Heater Core
