Circuit/System Verification

Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
Verify DTC P0641 is not set.
- If the DTC is set
  Refer to DTC P0641, P0651, P0697, or P06A3
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
Verify DTC P0182, P0183, P0187, P0188, P0191, P0192, P111F, P126E, P126F, P127C, P128A, P128B, P128C, P128D, P128F is not set.
- If DTC P0182, P0183, P0187, P0188, P0191, P0192, P111F, P126E, P126F, P127C, P128A, P128B, P128C is set
  Replace the component: B47B Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor
- If DTC U0625, U0670, U0671, U101B is set
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If none of the DTCs are set
Verify the scan tool parameter: Fuel Rail Temperature Sensor 1 = The parameter value should not change.
Perform the action while monitoring the parameter:
- Wiggle the harness and connector: B47B Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor
- Wiggle the harness and connector: K20 Engine Control Module
- If the parameter value changes
  Repair as necessary - Wiring/Terminal(s)/Electrical Connector(s)
- Go to next step: If the parameter value does not change
Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
All OK.
