Removal Procedure

Set the park brake.
Front Floor Console - Remove - Front Floor Console Replacement
Automatic Transmission Range Selector Lever Cable @ Transmission Control - Disconnect - Automatic Transmission Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement
Disconnect the transmission control electrical connector.

Remove the main shaft bolt nut and washer (1) from the transmission control assembly.

Remove the main shaft bolt (1).

Pull the transmission control assembly (1) rearward and upward to unseat it from the transmission control base.
Remove the transmission control assembly from the vehicle.
