Installation Procedure

Throttle Body (4) - Install
- Throttle Body Seal (3) - Install NEW [2x]
- Throttle Body Adapter (2) - Install
- Throttle Body Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 8.5 N.m (75 lb in)
- Connect the electrical connectors.
Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (1) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
- Front Compartment Insulator - Install - Front Compartment Insulator Replacement (Base) , or Front Compartment Insulator Replacement (Service Cover for Engine Oil Filter) , or Front Compartment Insulator Replacement (Service Cover for Engine Oil Drain)
- Perform the intake system learned values reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset
- Perform the throttle body idle air flow compensation reset. Throttle Body Idle Air Flow Compensation Reset
