Control Valve Body Assembly Removal

Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness Removal

Callout Component Name
1 Wiring Harness Connector Bolt M5 x 20
2 Wiring Harness Connector Bolt [2x] M5 x 25
3 Automatic Transmission Wiring Harness
Procedure
  1. Disconnect the harness connectors.
  2. Slide connector lock as indicated by lower arrow to unlock.
  3. Using a pick or suitable tool press in as indicated by upper arrow and pull connector out.
  4. Remove the wiring harness.
4 Automatic Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor Seal
Procedure 
Remove and DISCARD the seal.

1 Valve Body Bolt [2x] M5 x 98.3
2 Valve Body Bolt [11x] M5 x 85
3 Valve Body Bolt [7x] M5 x 100
4 Valve Body Bolt [7x] M5 x 70
5 Automatic Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor [2x]
6 Automatic Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor Seal [2x]
NOTE:

The seal is reusable, inspect the seal and replace if damaged.
