Driver Shift Control Mode Switch @ K9 Body Control Module = Up or Upshift - For greater than 1 s

Condition 2 

Driver Shift Control Mode Switch @ K9 Body Control Module = Up or Upshift - For greater than 2 min

P0816 Condition 1 

Driver Shift Control Mode Switch @ K9 Body Control Module = Down or Downshift - For greater than 1 s

Condition 2
