Installation Procedure

Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Hose (2) - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Engine Mount Brace Head (3) - Install
- Engine Mount Brace Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 36 N.m (27 lb ft)
- Engine Mount Brace Bolt (3) - Tighten in the following sequence
- First Pass: 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
- Final Pass: 60-75 degrees
- Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Replacement
