Intake Manifold Installation

    Intake Manifold Seal (4) - Install NEW [3x]

    2. NOTE:

    Check that the locating pins (1, 3) sit correct in their hole.

  2. Intake Manifold (2) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Install [4x]

  4. Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Tighten in sequence [4x]
    1. First Pass: 7 N.m (62 lb in)
    2. Final Pass: 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
    5. NOTE:

    Tighten without sequence.

  5. Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft) [4x]
