Installation Procedure

    Engine Mount Brace (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Warning .

    NOTE:

    Tighten the two engine mount brace bolts before tightening the vertical bolt

  2. Engine Mount Brace Bolt (1) - Install NEW and tighten [2x]
    1. First Pass: 30 N.m (22 lb ft)
    2. Final Pass: 60-75 degrees

    NOTE:

    Vertical bolt must be left loose until other two engine mount brace bolts are tightened

    Engine Mount Brace Bolt (1) - Install NEW and tighten

    1. First Pass: 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
    2. Final Pass: 45-60 degrees
  4. Battery Tray - Install - Battery Tray Replacement
