Engine Block Assemble

    Piston Oil Nozzle (2) - Install [3x]

    2. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  2. Piston Oil Nozzle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

    NOTE:

    The knock sensor stands at about 2 o'clock position or a = 50 degrees +/- 5 degrees.

    Knock Sensor (9) - Install

  4. Knock Sensor Bolt (8) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  5. Starter Locating Pin (7) - Install [2x]
  6. Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Housing Locating Pin (5) - Install [2x]
  7. Transmission Locating Pin (3, 6) - Install [2x]
  8. Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug (4) - Install [2x]
  9. Seal (2) @ Engine Oil Pressure Sensor - Install NEW
    10. CAUTION:

    Component Fastener Tightening Caution

  10. Engine Oil Pressure Sensor (1) - Install and tighten 35 N.m (26 lb ft)

    Engine Coolant Heater (8) - Install

  12. Bolt (7) - Install and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  13. Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug (5) - Install and tighten [3x] 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  14. Engine Block Oil Gallery Plug (3, 6) - Install [3x]
  15. Engine Front Cover Locating Pin (2, 4) - Install [2x]
  16. Cylinder Head Locating Pin (1) - Install [2x]
