Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Removal

    NOTE:

    DO NOT remove the positive crankcase ventilation vacuum hose unless replacement of either the vacuum hose or turbocharger is necessary.

    • The positive crankcase ventilation vacuum hose clamps are tamper-proof connections.
    • The turbocharger can be removed and set aside so long as the vacuum hose connection remains intact and undamaged.

    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Vacuum Hose Clamp (1) - Remove and DISCARD [2x] - Use a suitable tool to cut each hose clamp.

  2. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Vacuum Hose (2) - Remove and DISCARD

    Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove

  4. Turbocharger Heat Shield Bolt (2) - Remove
  5. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Vacuum Tank Solenoid Valve Tube (3) @ Turbocharger - Disconnect

    Turbocharger Nut (4) - Remove and DISCARD [4x]

  7. Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger (1) - Remove
  8. Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Washer (3) - Remove and DISCARD
  9. Turbocharger Heat Shield (2) - Remove and DISCARD
