Inspection Procedure

Inspect the turbocharger housing for leaks.
- Inspect the turbine blades for damage or foreign material.
- Inspect the turbocharger for cracks or other damage.
- Inspect the turbocharger to cylinder head surface (2) for flatness.
- Inspect the turbocharger actuator arm (3), ensure it moves freely and smoothly.
- Inspect the turbocharger wastegate actuator (1) mechanism for functionality.
