Preliminary Procedures Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Radiator Replacement Disconnect the electrical connector.
1	Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer
2	Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Fill the coolant to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) Inspect for coolant leaks.
