Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  2. Air Cleaner Outlet Rear Duct - Remove - Air Cleaner Outlet Rear Duct Replacement
  3. Turbocharger Coolant Return Hose-Water Outlet to Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose - Turbocharger Coolant Return Hose Replacement (LIH_Water Outlet to Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose) 
  4. Turbocharger Coolant Return Hose-Water Outlet to Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe - Turbocharger Coolant Return Hose Replacement (LIH_Water Outlet to Turbocharger Coolant Return Pipe) 
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector from the engine coolant temperature sensor.

Procedure

  1. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE-47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static) 
  2. Check the cooling system for leaks. Cooling System Leak Testing
