Rear Side Door Adjustment

Procedure

1. Loosen the 4 rear door hinge bolts to adjust the rear door.
2. Adjust the rear door in order to obtain an even gap between the rear door and the body side outer, the quarter outer panel and the front side door.

Adjustment:

• Front side door window frame rear applique to rear side door window frame front applique (a) : 5.0 mm ± 1.25 mm (0.19 in ± 0.05 in)
• Rear side door to body side outer (b) : 5.0 mm ± 1.0 mm (0.19 in ± 0.04 in)
• Rear side door to quarter outer panel (c) : 3.5 mm ± 0.75 mm (0.14 in ± 0.03 in)
• Front side door to rear side door (d) : 3.5 mm ± 0.75 mm (0.14 in ± 0.03 in)
• Fuel tank filler door to body side outer (e) : 2.0 mm ± 0.5 mm (0.08 in ± 0.02 in)
