Preliminary Procedure  Unclip the steering column upper trim cover from the steering column lower trim cover. Instrument Panel Steering Column Upper Trim Cover Replacement
1	Instrument Panel Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Bolt [3x] CAUTION: Fastener Caution . Tighten  2.5 N.m (22 lb in) Procedure  Rotate the steering wheel left and right to access the fasteners securing the lower trim cover to the turn signal switch bracket.
