Installation Procedure

    Instrument Panel Wiring Harness (2) @ Instrument Panel Tie Bar (1) (1) - Install

  2. Install the instrument panel wiring harness to the position noted in the removal procedure.

    With the aid of an assistant, position the instrument panel tie bar assembly into the vehicle. (1)

  4. Install the instrument panel wiring harness to the position noted in the removal procedure.

    Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    Retainer (1) - Install [2x]

  7. Wiring Harness Connector (2) - Connect [4x]

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)

  9. Wiring Harness Connector (2) - Connect [3x]
  10. Retainer (3) - Install [2x]
  11. Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Ground Nut (4) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Ground Nut (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  13. Wiring Harness Connector (1) - Connect [3x]
  14. Retainer (3) - Install

    Wiring Harness Connector (1) - Connect [2x]

  16. Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  17. Instrument Panel Wiring Harness Ground Nut (3) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator and Blower Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)

  19. Retainer (2) - Install
  20. Wiring Harness Connector (3) - Connect

    Instrument Panel Tie Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
