Removal Procedure

  1. Hood Latch Actuator Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  2. Hood Secondary Latch Release Handle (2) - Remove
  3. Intake Air Baffle Retainer (1) - Remove [9x]

  4. Intake Air Splash Shield (2) - Remove
  5. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

  6. Hood Primary and Secondary Latch (2) - Remove
  7. Disconnect the hood primary latch release cable (3) from the hood primary latch.
  8. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  9. Release wire harness retainer from under the upper tie bar.
