Removal Procedure
WARNING:
Disconnect the power window switch when working inside the door. When operated, the Express Up/Down Feature allows the door window to move very quickly, without stopping, which could cause personal injury.
- Front Side Door Trim - Remove - Front Side Door Trim Removal and Installation
- Radio Front Side Door Speaker Bolt (1) - Remove
- Radio Front Side Door Speaker (2) - Remove
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Front Side Door Window Channel Front Retainer Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
- Front Side Door Window Channel Front Retainer (2) - Reposition
- Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (1) - Remove
- Front Side Door Check Link Nut (1) - Remove [2x]
- Remove the front side door check link (1) through the radio front side door speaker hole.
