Removal Procedure

  1. Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Clamp (1) - Loosen [2x]

  2. Air Cleaner Outlet Front Duct (2) - Remove
  3. Dash Panel Outer Insulator Retainer (1) - Remove [3x]

  4. Radiator Surge Tank Bolt (2) - Remove
  5. Radiator Surge Tank (3) - Reposition
  6. Dash Panel Outer Insulator Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]

  7. Pull the dash panel outer insulator - upper (1) forward and upward to remove.
