Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the top metal clip (1) at the ends of the liftgate strut (2).

  2. Liftgate Strut (2) - Reposition
  3. Liftgate Strut Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

    NOTE:

    Mark the location of the liftgate bracket to ensure proper alignment during installation.

  4. Liftgate Strut Bracket (2) - Remove
