Removal Procedure
Front Bumper Fascia Upper Molding (2, 3) - Remove - Front Bumper Fascia Upper Molding Replacement
- Remove the appropriate front wheelhouse liner bolts to gain access to the front bumper fascia bolt:
- For right side, refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Right Side
- For left side, refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side
Front Compartment Air Deflector (4) - Remove - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement
Front Compartment Splash Shield (2) - Remove - Front Compartment Splash Shield Replacement
Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (2) - Remove [5x]
- Front Bumper Fascia Support Brace Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
Front Bumper Fascia Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]
Carefully push a small nylon wedge between the fascia (1) and the fascia guide. Insert a small flat-bladed tool into the fascia slot and depress the snaps one at a time and pull on the fascia at the same time to gradually remove the fascia.
With the aid of an assistant, remove the fascia. (1)
- Disconnect all electrical connectors.
- Transfer components as necessary.
