Diagnostic Aids
- A high or low voltage DTC set or voltage value in multiple modules/sensors indicates a concern in the charging system.
- A possible cause of this DTC could be overcharging with a battery charger or jump starting.
- A possible cause of this DTC is a discharged battery or a poor/intermittent connection at B110 Battery Sensor Module X1.
- The device is connected to the LIN bus, if there is a fault in another device on the LIN circuit 2855, it can cause the B110 Battery Sensor Module to intermittently set false DTCs.
- A loose battery clamp to post connection can cause Battery Sensor Module DTCs to set.
