Removal Procedure

- Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Remove - Rear Parking Brake Actuator Replacement
- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Tire and Wheel Assembly - Remove Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) - Remove
- NOTE:
Do NOT reuse the brake hose fitting gaskets.
Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (1) @ Brake Hose Fitting (2) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
- Cap the brake hose fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
Brake Caliper (1) - Remove
