Installation Procedure

    Brake Caliper (1) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 40 N.m (30 lb ft) [2x]

    NOTE:

    Install NEW brake hose fitting gaskets.

    Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (1) @ Brake Hose Fitting (2) - Install [2x]

    Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 40 N.m (30 lb ft)

  5. Rear Parking Brake Actuator - Install - Rear Parking Brake Actuator Replacement
  6. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual)
  7. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (Without KL9) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With KL9)
  8. Tire and Wheel Assembly - Install - Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
