Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Rear Disc Brake Pad - Remove - Rear Disc Brake Pads Replacement (Without J71) , or Rear Disc Brake Pads Replacement (With J71)

Caliper Upper Guide Pin (1) - Remove

NOTE:
The lower caliper guide pin is equipped with a bushing and must be installed in the same location.

Caliper Lower Guide Pin (1) - Remove

Caliper Guide Pin Seal (1) - Remove [2x]

Brake Caliper Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]

Rear Brake Caliper Bracket (1) - Remove
Rear Brake Caliper Bracket - Inspect for damage
Replace the brake caliper bracket if cracked or damaged.
