Assembly Procedure

Lubricate the NEW caliper piston seal with brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
Brake Caliper Piston Seal (1) - Install
Apply a thin coat of brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container to the brake caliper bore. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

NOTE:
Seat the NEW caliper piston dust boot in the groove of the brake caliper piston.

Brake Caliper Piston (1) @ Brake Caliper Piston Dust Boot (2) - Install
Compress the caliper piston to the bottom of the caliper bore.
Fully seat the piston dust boot seal into caliper counterbore.

Bleeder Valve (1) - Install 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Cap (2) - Install
Front Brake Caliper - Install - Front Brake Caliper Replacement
