Installation Procedure

  1. Position the transmission control bracket in the vehicle.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install the automatic transmission control nuts (2) to the automatic transmission control bracket (3) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb/in).

  3. Install the left instrument panel center support bracket bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb-ft).

    Install the right instrument panel center support bracket bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb-ft).

  5. Transmission control - Install - Transmission Control Replacement
