Installation Procedure

  1. Front Fender (3) - Install
  2. Headlamp Bolt (2) - Install - Front Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet) .
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

    Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install - Front Headlamp Replacement (Chevrolet) .

  5. Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

    Front Fender Nut (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

  7. Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

    Front Fender Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

  9. Front Fender Bolt (2) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb/in)

    Front Fender Upper Rear Molding (1) - Install - Front Fender Upper Rear Molding Replacement

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (Equinox)

  12. Install the appropriate front wheelhouse liner:
  13. Install the appropriate front fender insulator. Front Fender Insulator Replacement (Left Side Equinox) , or Front Fender Insulator Replacement (Right Side Equinox)

    Rocker Panel Molding (1) - Install - Rocker Panel Molding Replacement (Equinox)

    Air Inlet Grille Panel (1) - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
