Removal Procedure
Refer to Brake Fluid Irritant Warning .
Refer to Brake Fluid Effects on Paint and Electrical Components Caution .
- Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling
- Remove the radiator surge tank bolts and reposition the heater surge tank from the heater surge tank bracket with the hoses connected. Heater Coolant Surge Tank Replacement
Drive Motor Battery Positive and Negative Cable (1) - Remove - Drive Motor Battery Positive and Negative Cable Replacement
- NOTE:
Cap the brake pressure modulator valve port to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (2) - Remove
Automatic Transmission and Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Assembly (1) - Remove - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Removal and Installation
Front Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Front Brake Hose (3) - Remove
- Front Brake Hose Retainer (2) - Remove
Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Unclip
Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Unclip
Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Brake Pipe Clip (2) - Unclip [ 2x ]
- Front Brake Pipe (1) @ Vehicle - Remove
