Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Open the hood.
  3. Verify the scan tool parameter: Hood Position. = open
    • If not the specified state 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the specified state 
  4. Close the hood.
  5. Verify the scan tool parameter: Hood Position. = Closed
    • If not the specified state 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the specified state 
  6. All OK.
