Conditions for Running the DTC

- Delayed starting = Greater than 5 engine revolutions
- KR75 Engine Controls Ignition Relay = Greater than 11 V
- Run/Crank Relay = Greater than 5 V
Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
