Conditions for Running the DTC

- Ignition = On or Engine = Running
- System Voltage = Greater than 11 V
- M128 Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator = On and Off At least 1 time(s) during the ignition cycle
Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
