Conditions for Running the DTC

Ignition = On or Engine = Running
Engine = Not cranking
System Voltage = Greater than 11 V
Turbocharger Bypass Solenoid Valve Command = On and Off - At least 1 time(s) during the drive cycle

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
