Engine Block Lower Structural Extension Inspection

Inspect all balancer shaft bearing (1) for grooves, scratches and any other damage.
- Inspect the balancer shaft bearing cap (2, 3) for grooves, cracks, scratches and any other damage.
- Inspect the balancer shafts (5) for grooves, cracks, scratches and any other damage.
- Inspect the balancer shafts journals appear to be scored or damaged.
- Inspect all sealing and mating surfaces for damage, repair or replace the engine block lower structural extension if necessary.
- Inspect all threaded and through holes for damage or excessive debris.
- Inspect all bolts for damage, if damaged replace with NEW bolts only.
